Additional Images from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic US Congress Members

Development plans for Epstein's personal tropical island included in the released materials.

Additionally included in this recent document drop is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by erecting homes, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.

Marked on the plan is a channel, a strait in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is annotated in notations in red and includes a key detailing distinct parts of the estate.

In addition to this are what look to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, including plans for boat shelters.

Additional documentation made public as part of the ongoing oversight release.
